Laveranues Coles Contract Details

Updating the Laveranues Coles contract details, the Bengals have guaranteed him $9.75 million for 2009, which is far more than the Jets would have paid him prior to his release.
The remainder of the contract pays Coles a $3 million signing bonus (spread out over four years) and a $4.7 million roster bonus. Coles’ base salary will be approximately $1.9 million per year and there are various other incentives worked in to the deal.
