The charge was Lynch’s second in less than a year after being involved in a hit and run incident prior to last season. Lynch avoided suspension for being a first time offender but the commissioner doesn’t take kindly to players who embarrass the league and a suspension or fine this time around is very likely.

For the Bills the move instantly improves their offense, with the uncertainty of Marshawn Lynch’s looming suspension for a gun arrest, but puts a lot of pressure on young quarterback Trent Edwards.
